In the implementation phase, PetroquímicaSuape is adopting the practices of management method suggested by The Project Management Institute (PMI).

During the operation, the entrepreneurial management model is going to  have as its basis  the fundaments in excellence of the Fundação Nacional da Qualidade (FNQ) and the normative models of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), NBR 16001 (Social Responsibility) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Security).

All the actions of PetroquímicaSuape are going to be aligned with the principles of the Programa de Atuação Responsável from the Associação Brasileira das Indústrias Químicas (Abiquim).
